All pizzas are prepared in our Brick Oven and fired with a blend of Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses, unless otherwise specified. Pizzas may also be ordered without cheese.

A classic favoriet with a southwestern twist.

Pasta Carbonara

Linguini tossed in a rich cream sauce with oak grilled chicken, hickory smoked bacon and fresh green peas. Topped with asiago cheese and cracked black pepper.

Spicy Spinach Salad

This is Scarpas specialty dessert! Large enough for two. Warm puff pastry apple tart baked in our wood burning oven. Served with your choice of Java Chip ice cream sprinkled with cinnamon or Vietnamese Cinnamon ice cream sprinkled with dark chocolate shavings. Caramel sauce & whipped cream top off this one of a kind dessert!
